Employees

In the Main Menu, select Lists | Employees.

You can double click on an employee or add a new employee.

The employee information will later be expanded. The important feature for now is the security section. If you have the appropriate password and Permission, you will be able to edit the Security settings for an employee. See that section for more information on permissions. If an employeed is no longer active, then you can check the hidden box so that they will no longer show on the list.
