Back to Manual Table of Contents
In the Main Menu, select Tools | Calculate Aging. The following window will appear:
You will also be asked if you want to calculate aging if you try to run Billing or run Finance Charges and the aging has not been caculated for the month.
Once the aging has been calculated, the date is stored in the database, and you will not be allowed to run it again until the following month.
You can run an Aging Report to see the results.
