Adjustments are made in the Account module.
The adjustment may be either an addition or a subtraction. The types available are determined by how you set them up in Definitions. Adjustments are always attached to a single patient and the provider that you select from the list above. It is often helpful to make a note about the adjustment, and it is advisable to make the date of the adjustment the same as the date of the payment or procedure that it relates to. When you are done, click OK, to save the adjustment.
