The print preview shown below is not a separate window, but is just another way of viewing the data in the User Query window. Once you have run a query and have a table, you can press the 'print preview' button to see the view below, and then you can press the 'query view' button to return. The initial zoom is full page, and the zoom in button will bring it up to 100% for readability. You can flip between pages using the blue arrows.
When you press the print button, the following window appears where you can select the number of copies and the printer. The export button is covered in the next section.
